Parties
A party is a player-run organization tied to a region. Parties grant a shared bonus to their members and are the unit you vote for in congressional elections. You can belong to one party at a time.
Bonuses
Section titled “Bonuses”A party chooses a production or damage bonus for all its members. Total member combat damage raises its level. The bonus is floor(level / 10)%: level 10 gives +1%, level 20 gives +2%. Party membership has no level-based cap.
| Role | Powers |

| Secretary | Appointed by the leader. Can review/accept/reject join requests, invite players, and kick ordinary members (but not other secretaries). The number of secretaries allowed grows with party level. |
| Member | Any other player in the party. Can leave at any time. |
