Personal Base

Your personal base starts at level 1 and is managed from your profile. Upgrading from level L costs 500 × 3^(L - 1) of each raw resource: coal, iron, water, oil, diamond, uranium and lithium.

Each level above 1 adds 0.01 recovery per rest tick and 1% work and combat XP. Above level 1, weekly upkeep costs the same as the upgrade that reached your current level. Upgrading also pays that week’s upkeep. Missing upkeep loses a level per unpaid week, never below 1. Resident base levels also contribute to the region’s prosperity.
