Cabinet & Ministers

A president governs alone by default, but can build a cabinet of up to 3 ministers to share the workload. Each minister has a custom title and a checklist of delegated powers: the president decides exactly what each one may do. The president always keeps every power regardless of who’s appointed.

Manage the cabinet from the Cabinet panel on your state page (president only).

Power Lets the minister…
Taxes & Treasury Change tax rates and move treasury resources to other states.
Residency Requests Approve or deny residency requests.
Work Permits Approve or deny work-permit requests.
Diplomacy (Blocs) Act for the state in a bloc: apply, vote, set policy, leave.
Buy from Market Spend the treasury to buy market offers.
Propose Trade Laws Propose Sell State Resources and Transfer Resources laws.
  • Each of the 3 slots holds one person with a title and any mix of the powers above (or none).
  • A person can hold only one cabinet seat at a time; the president can’t also be a minister (they already have every power).
  • Ministers can be reassigned or dismissed at any time.
  • Whenever a check happens: “can this user change taxes?”, “can this user vote in the bloc?”: it passes if the user is the president or a minister who holds that specific power.

Cabinets are cleared automatically when a government falls: a successful coup or the loss of a state’s last region disbands the cabinet along with the rest of the government.
